– 1/2 cup sugar powder (must be sifted)
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 egg yolks
– 14 TBSP butter (1 stick (8TBSP + 6 TBSP) or 2 sticks minus 2 TBSP), chopped in small pieces, cold

In a bowl sift flour, sugar powder, and baking powder. Mix to combine.
Add vanilla extract, egg yolks, and butter. mix until combined into one smooth dough
Form finger sized cookie using a cookie dough
Place each cookie on baking sheet on parchment paper and wrap it with plastic wrap and in fridge for 1-2 hrs until hard

Take out of the fridge, remove the plastic wrap

Bake at 350 F for 20-25 min, until they start gaining color on bottom

Remove from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes and then dip them in melted chocolate
