Chicken cutlet 735x1100

Chicken cutlet – this one is a good one! Tender and great even when reheated. 

Chop boneless thighs in small pieces
Add 2 full eggs
Salt, paprika
3 Tbsp mayo
Mix together
Add 2/3-1 cup flour
Grated mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle dry bread crumbs
Chopped parsley
Mix all and fry in oil

Optional: no eggs or mayo and add 200g yogurt
