Czerwony Barszcz – Red Beet Soup

Red beats are so good for you and making them into the soup is even better!

– beets, diced
– carrots, diced 
– bay leaf
– vegetta cube
– veg broth
– apple cider
– mushrooms
– onions
– garlic
– heavy cream,
– flour

In pot with cold water add beets, carrots, and bay leaf

Cook half way thru and add vegetta cube, veg broth, salt and apple cider

Add sautéed mushrooms with onions and garlic

In a separate dish mix heavy cream with flour. Add to soup.
