Greek Yogurt with Peaches and Dark Chocolate – This dessert is for those who still remember that delicious flavor of Polish serek homogenizowany (homogenized cheese) they have in Europe and is not available in the States. Quick to make and so so delicious!
– 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
– 1 & 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
– 1 unflavored jello
– 1 can of peaches
- Dark chocolate
Prepare peaches:
Drain juices and roughly chop up the peaches.
Prepare jello:
In a small bowl use 1 cup of hot water and dissolve jello powder.
With mixer using whisk attachment, whisk condensed milk until fluffy.
Add yogurt and unflavored jello (still warm) and whisk.
Then fold in chopped fruit.
Place in silicone mold and freeze.
Shave dark chocolate on top and serve!
