Potatoe pancakes – placki ziemniaczane
– potatoes
– 1 onion
– 1 TBSP flour
– 2 eggs
– salt & pepper
Peal and grate potatoes, squeeze juices out
Grate onion
Mix potatoes, onion, flour, eggs, salt and pepper
Spoon batter into hot oil pan & fry until crispy
Serve with sour cream
