– chicken
– carrots, diced
– garlic
– bay leaf
– onion, burned
– veg broth, optional
– vegetta
– parsley
– spaghetti pasta
In cold water add chicken and cook while collecting scum
Add diced carrots, garlic, bay leaf, burned onion. Cook until carrots are semi-soft
Add veg broth, vegetta cube, salt, and bunch of parsley
In a separate pot cook pasta or make kluski lane: whisk whole eggs, add flour (consistency of puddling like – thick), pour through tunnel into pot with hot salted water. Once floating take out. 1 TBSP of flour + 1 egg
